"Power of Meditation"





Most of the time, we try to avoid the things which people share about meditation. but what if I say, because of meditation you can convert into the happiest person in this world or I say, you can learn about yourself by doing meditation. I know you might be thinking, How it is possible? 
How one can learn about himself? or How one can be converted into the happiest person? 

Here we go, My answer is yes, You can. All this I am talking based on my personal experience.
In the beginning, I used to feel very difficult to do meditation even for 2 min but when I started doing continuously for a few weeks, I got habituated & now I can able to do meditation even for 10 to 15 minutes.

While doing meditation, I realized many things. Few I would like to share among you all. 

"The Goal" 
I closed my eyes. for a few minutes, I was unable to concentrate on my breathing. then I realized the basic rule of meditation that is "We have to take deep breathing & breath out". I started doing it. as time passed, I went into deep thinking. when you are in deep thought, our mind will start thinking about some good things & bad things as well. The same thing happen with me. Suddenly I realized there were a few goals that I decided in my childhood yet I have not completed it. for a few seconds, I couldn't understand, why I forgot about that goal. I asked myself, was that goal that I decided really I wanted to achieve in my life?. after few minutes I got the answer, Yes. 
Again, I asked myself, so why I forgot about that goal? The answer I got, It was because of the kind of stressed life we are leaving nowadays is the main reason behind the diminishing of our important memories. So it is always a great idea to know about yourself & Meditation is a great way to bring our old memories. It is also a great way to know more deeply about ourselves.

"Angerness"
How Meditation solved my problem of anger. I was having the habit of getting angry early. One day, my brother had teased me a lot. for a while I was calm but after some time he again started teasing in a more aggressive way. So suddenly in anger, I had thrown a piece of stone on his leg. for a moment I didn't realize what I did. But that moment I felt very bad & guilty because of the thing I did that time no one expected from me. for some days no one talk with me. I was feeling bad about myself, then suddenly my grandfather walk at me & took me upstairs. He told me I know you will get angry so easily, but the angriness which will affect someone is not a good thing.
From that day he started giving me a lesson about Meditation. He has told me about how meditation will help me to reduce my anger & how it will help me to remain calm in every situation.
Now today, I can say I really got great results after doing meditation every day.

The moral behind my stories are,
I would like to appeal to everyone that does invest a few minutes on meditation.
It is a great way to make yourself the happiest person in this world.
