"Swimming" Which will make you healthier like other exercises

"Swimming" 
    
    In my childhood, I used to think when I can get a chance to learn swimming but because of study pressure & some financial issues, I never asked my parents to join me in swimming classes. also never forced them for learning swimming.
   Now after completion of studies & when I started my career, I have got some spare time to learn swimming. I thought can we able to learn swimming by ourselves.
     At starting I felt it can be a very difficult job to learn swimming by ourselves but after thinking & by generating the interest to learn something new by myself, I got the confidence & I started.
    Slowly everything went well & I learn swimming after doing regular practice.
    I know when we will start a job which we will try to learn by ourselves, Sometimes we may succeed or sometimes we may need to give or spend more time to achieve success BUT we have to understand, we should keep an attitude of "Never Give Up".
    Today I learned swimming by myself & I can proudly say that I learned something on my own.
    During the learning time, I used to watch swimming videos on youtube, also I used to get inspired by small children who were very young & used to scare of water still they were putting all effort to learn swimming. so by seeing them I used to feel motivated that if they can learn at this age & putting their all energy for learning why can't I? So finally by doing all this & putting full of energy I learned swimming.

    Now the question is, Why I am sharing all of this with all of you? The idea behind sharing my experience with all of you because one can learn from others' experiences.

So what are you guys waiting for? Learn the things which you wanted to learn from many days.

At last, about swimming, 

Swimming is a good all-round activity because it:
  • keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body
  • builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness
  • helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart, and lungs
  • tones muscles and builds strength
  • provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.
