"Let's start our day with a 7-min Workout"
Hi Everyone,
I know most of us to like to do exercises. But sometimes we can not able to make our mind to start the exercise or we feel lazy to begin. Today, I would like to share some tricks to start the everyday exercise.
Any work which we want to start in a new day, always remember, our MINDSET plays a very important role. You might ask HOW?
Let take an example, Suppose I decided today, tomorrow I want to wake up early. So unless you make your mindset like you want to wake up early, you can't do that even after putting many alarms in the next day. So ultimately we will be training our mind in that direction so that even if you feel lazy to wake up next day, your mind put extra effort to remind you today you have to wake up early. I hope after reading, you will try this scenario & I am sure you will succeed.
So the same will apply in the case of Exercise.
If you want to start you day with exercise I must say you have to prepare your mind & start your daily exercises.
