Most of the time, we try to avoid the things which people share about meditation. but what if I say, because of meditation you can convert into the happiest person in this world or I say, you can learn about yourself by doing meditation. I know you might be thinking, How it is possible?  How one can learn about himself? or How one can be converted into the happiest person?  Here we go, My answer is yes, You can. "Swimming"           In my childhood, I used to think when I can get a chance to learn swimming but because of study pressure & some financial issues, I never asked my parents to join me in swimming classes. also never forced them for learning swimming.    Now after completion of studies & when I started my career, I have got some spare time to learn swimming.
