Chapter One " Travelling" Today Finally the day came for traveling to native for which I was waiting for two & a half months. The outside situation was getting worst & during a tough time of COVID, I wanted to stay with my family. It was not easy to travel from Bangalore to Nagpur as there were so many restrictions & government guidelines for traveling from one place to another. So I waited for the right time & booked tickets for the 1st of July. Before booking tickets I had read all government guidelines for both states & then kept myself ready for going. Hi everyone, Today I have come up with the new topic " The Key ". At around 5.30 am I left home & I couldn't able to inform anyone. Earlier night, I got a call from my office, that tomorrow you need to come to the office at 6.30am. I was not knowing any reason behind the work. I called twice to my manager but he didn't pick my call. I thought it's ok, let's go tomorrow & see what will happen.  My office was just 5km away from my home, so I reached the office very early at around 6.15am. I looked outside, It was still dark because it was a winter day. I parked my car & went inside the lift, still, I was not able to see anyone in the office premises. I thought I might be a first who came in office & I called a security guard to open door. I didn't get any response from him about 10mins.  After some time, Suddenly from the corridor, I heard some noise of walk & it was him, the security guard. he walks towards the door & opened the door...

Most of the time, we try to avoid the things which people share about meditation. but what if I say, because of meditation you can convert into the happiest person in this world or I say, you can learn about yourself by doing meditation. I know you might be thinking, How it is possible?  How one can learn about himself? or How one can be converted into the happiest person?  Here we go, My answer is yes, You can. All this I am talking based on my personal experience. In the beginning, I used to feel very difficult to do meditation even for 2 min but when I started doing continuously for a few weeks, I got habituated & now I can able to do meditation even for 10 to 15 minutes. While doing meditation, I realized many things. "Let's start our day with a 7-min Workout" Hi Everyone , I know most of us to like to do exercises. But sometimes we can not able to make our mind to start the exercise or we feel lazy to begin. Today, I would like to share some tricks to start the everyday exercise. Any work which we want to start in a new day, always remember, our MINDSET plays a very important role. You might ask HOW?  Let take an example, Suppose I decided today, tomorrow I want to wake up early. So unless you make your mindset like you want to wake up early, you can't do that even after putting many alarms in the next day. So ultimately we will be training our mind in that direction so that even if you feel lazy to wake up next day, your mind put extra effort to remind you today you have to wake up early.
